Biography
Cristi Lopez is an artist, mental health advocate, and first-generation American of Dominican, Spanish, and Cuban descent. She earned her BFA in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design in 2016. Lopez’s work delves into the often-invisible experiences of navigating mental illness, femininity, and faith. Through vibrant visual storytelling, she creates spaces of connection and visibility; honoring heritage, exploring identity, and sparking meaningful dialogue. Her art transforms everyday environments into places where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to connect.
